I've immersed myself in the world of online, real time, help desk, chat software. I don't like the word "chat" but it most accurately describes the technology. Anyway, I have a network of folks that I communicate with on a daily basis and I am finding email and voice mail to be inefficient in many cases. So I took hours and hours to investigate the most cost effective way to have a two way communication in real time without the visitor having to log into something or have special software. I have found a very nice system and I foresee many of my real estate clients latching on.
Basically this is a way for website visitors to ask questions in real time. I've been to many websites that offer products and services where this is used like Linksys and it is wonderful to be able to get answers to my questions without having to be on hold forever eating up my cell minutes or waiting 24 to 48 hours before somebody gets back to me. This type of technology could work very well for the real estate industry in Sioux Falls South Dakota and elsewhere. |
